BAAD Member Benefits
Beginning in 2023, all members are required to volunteer a minimum of 8 hours per year at a BAAD event.
Members (except Limited Members) may participate in all Bend Agility Action Dogs events, attend meetings, and receive any Board-approved discounts on entry fees, classes, or other club activities. Members also have priority registration for limited-admission events if their entry is submitted on time.
Each individual member has one vote at general meetings; households may cast up to two votes.
Members may rent time in the arena — including attending open practice sessions held on Sundays. — after demonstrating safe use, understanding of the equipment and basic course etiquette either by taking classes from one of the affiliated instructors or having an evaluation from a board member (for those who have trained elsewhere.)
If you haven't had classes or competed in agility prior, please see our FAQ's before submitting an application.
If you're interested in joining, please print and complete the BAAD Membership Application. Then send an email to baaddog01@gmail.com to schedule a time for a membership eligibility evaluation with a board member.
Thank you for your interest.
